What is the best software to make a forum on Softaclownous
Depending on your opinions 
I do prefer mybb and phpbb myself.

Again, depends on your opinion. Almost all of the forum software in Softaculous could be considered “easy to use”. Depending on your personal preference, skill level and needs, of course.
The forum you’re looking at right now uses Discourse, which doesn’t run on normal web hosting sadly, but before it used Vanilla Forums with reasonable success.
