Free SSL Cert for infinity domains

I have signed up today and have read a number of articles and posts regarding SSL certs, however, when I came to sign up for one, I have gone through the control panel, and followed the instructions but it will not accept my domain name. As with an earlier issue regarding reCaptcha I have tried various ways of entering the domain name but so far it has beaten me.

The domain name I was sent in the email from infinity, learning-environment.freecluster.eu was my last attempt but still a fail.

I know it is me doing something wrong but for the life of me cannot think what.

Can someone advise please?

As additional information, the banner at the top of the Add a domain name for SSL page says

You cannot enter a free subdomain here. Please enter your own, custom domain name here.

Hi, yes, thats what I was following. I got to Step 2 point 4 and I have come to a grinding halt.

I have just been looking round the control panel, I have found another domain name labelled
Main Domain zrkellzn.epizy.com
but when I try that it goes to an account suspended page. I have only been here 3/4 of a day, how can it be suspended. Anyway, that domain name didn’t work either, says You cannot enter a free subdomain here. Please enter your own, custom domain name here.

Hi, the main domain is just an internal tag and always leads to a suspended page

Please go here https://app.infinityfree.net/ssls

click add

and do as in the picture (subdomain)

and follow further instructions

It might be just me but that guide, for me anyway, was not as clear as it could be.
