Their SSL is from Let’s Encrypt, they are one of the web based acme client on getting Free SSL from Let’s Encrypt.
So is it trusted? Yes, pretty much and all major browser trust it, but not all… Some browser like IE 1 is not going to work with LE.

I did!! That tutorial you got, is for their SSL! SLLForFree and Let’s Encrypt is the same!

Yep, the only difference is that SSLforFREE is just a web based acme client to get a free ssl from Let’s encrypt while Let’s Encrypt is the organization that issues free SSL. The big opportunity of using SSLforFREE is that you don’t need to download a Let’s encrypt acme client software like Certbot to get a free SSL from Let’s Encrypt.

TBH I would prefer certbot because they have a feature that will automatically renew your ssl certificate while sslforfree and other web based can’t. But still SSLforFREE is note easy-to-use than Certbot.
