It must be both verified. Once verified you can copy the private key and cetificate in your panel.

I’m having this issue as well, it started acting up last night. It would do the first one, and when you refresh it’ll flip to www, and so on. I think it maybe on there end.

Very odd, I checked your CNAME records earlier today and then I got the same issue. I just checked it again, and everything was valid. Maybe it was just DNS propagation?

Hello, I am a brand new user. I’ve successfully requested for an SSL Cert which was issued. In SSL/TSL section - do I push the Configure button or do I wait for the SSL cert to kick on? Reason I ask is because error message when I type in my website;
This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.qilinn.com sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

My existing website is using website builder and I’m not a techie… so I don’t know if I had needed to force visitors to https? (yes, I read the article however, have no idea how to configure following the instructions.

My 2nd question is; when I tried to install WP selecting “https://www.” the response was, “A trusted SSL Certificate was not found”. What do I do?

My plan is to rebuild website using WP in draft mode and take down existing when I hit publish (WP).

Any help and support is much appreciated. My thanks in advance.

Admin, I have just removed the Infinity’s name server from my domain because I needed to maintain my current website, while I work on rebuilding website. It’s going to take a while. Please advise.

Thanks

Thank you everyone. It was my mistake. I should have waited for at least 24 hours before asking. Thank you for your help Admin and everyone. Visit Nailsio

Hey Smith,
Did you copy the private key and the cert and click upload in SSL/TSL section? Try to upload the private key first, then upload the cert later.
