We do allow backups. All we ask you is that we follow the instructions we have written.
The instructions say “download them with an FTP client like FileZilla”. Downloading them with the file manager doesn’t work, and nobody ever said that it would.
Please follow our instructions. Please don’t cut corners and them blame us if it doesn’t work.
