FTP: 421 Home directory not available - aborting

Hello, this is what happens, when I try to use FTP:
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 604 of 2900 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 15:39. Server port: 21.
Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 60 seconds of inactivity.
Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 234 AUTH TLS OK.
Status: Initializing TLS…
Status: Verifying certificate…
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER rfgd_19biiip
Response: 331 User rfgd_19biip OK. Password required
Command: PASS *************
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Could not connect to server
I am using FileZilla, but Webbrowser FTP seems to be not working, too.
I tried it without TLS, didn´t work. What am I doing wrong?

online file manager error info:

The error occured in file var www html includes filesystem.inc.php on line 64.
function ftp_openconnection ( var www html modules browse browse.inc.php on line 232)
function net2ftp_module_printBody ( var www html includes main.inc.php on line 325)
function net2ftp ( var www html index.php on line 87)
argument 0: printBody

I have the same problem! And now it is still not be solved!
Message:
Response: 331 User fceu_19119216 OK. Password required
Command: PASS ***********
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server

However I seldom can sign into my FTP account, with only a success rate of once in ten trials.
Please help! Thank you very much!

I checked the file managers of all your accounts, but all of them open without any problem. And since the file manager uses FTP, other FTP clients should work as well. Do you still experience this problem?

The problem is solved, but I changed nothing on my FTP settings.

Either I have magical powers and the problems solved themselves when I looked at them, or our server managers noticed the outage and fixed it. Pick your favorite :wink:
