FTP admin rights deleted by a mistake how can we set default permission.Right now we can’t access ftp files or folders.
What do you mean deleted?
Have you tried to access your files using the 3 FTP Managers available, Angular, MonstaFTP and net2ftp?
If not, then just do it now, by going to you client area, select Manage and then select FTP.
I have tried it but online ftp managers needs linux server to change permission on folders ,my problem is i can only read folders not changing them and i cant change permission.
