I have literally no files other than index.html. This should not be cause by having too many files. How can I fix this? Thanks!

I am using the built in Monsta software for file management for now, I am unsure how to get the logs for this one.

You can’t.

Monsta is also known to give out random errors, so the issue could be solely with Monsta.

Try downloading FileZilla and see what happens.
