FTP authentication failed

Greetings!

I have tried to enter the File Manager and it does not let me, it shows me “FTP authentication failed”, what can I do?

Try to use https://filezilla.com or another desktop FTP client as web based ones are glitchy

This is the error that gives me:

that isn’t an error, it is just the ftp client being wierd and not accepting the password

Quick and important correction : the url for filezilla is https://filezilla-project.org/

This error is actually common if you’re opening the filemanager while the cpanel page is still loading, just wait for a few seconds then click on the file manager again.
And also this article if your problem still occurs.
