FTP Connecting Issue

Hi,
Im trying to connect myself to FileZilla using the credentials given by the cPanel, but each time I receive either a “EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename”. (When using “ftpupload.net”) and I get an incorrect credentials error when trying to connect with “ftp.upload.net”. I am still able to connect to other directory’s, just not any that are using InfinityFree.

Any help is appreciated,

Can you try to enter 185.27.134.11 as host name? it looks that your ISP is blocking the connection.

What is the size of the html file?
