Someone created a free hosting account with that domain name, that’s why I see two IPs on my dig results (one of them being the free hosting server and the other one is the file manager’s server) and so, since some resolvers prefer an IP over another, some people connect to the File Manager and some not. Maybe let’s wait for iFastNet to fix this; in the meanwhile you can use https://mftp.infinityfree.net/ and log in with the username and the password of your hosting account.

Getting stuck at AUTH TLS happens fairly regularly. Here are some things you can try:

Backup Problem

This shows that the FTP connection itself can be established, but the connection fails when trying to enable encryption. This is usually caused by filtering on your network or at your ISP. There are a few ways you can work around this: Go into the FileZilla settings and disable encryption (use “Plain FTP”). Use a VPN to bypass the filtering/restrictions on your network. Contact your network administrator or ISP and ask them with FTP over TLS doesn’t work.
