FTP:Could not read line from Socket

It worked fine for a while but then gave the same error. I am using the correct user name and password which is on the account page but still it doesn’t work. It looks something like this

Try using filezilla in the mean time. Use this link to download the application

First fill in the FTP details

Then download and update your files

This worked for me (this is an alternative until this issue is resolved)
