A few comments regarding your settings:
- The “Use SFTP” button should NOT be checked
- The FTP address is displayed in the sidebar of your control panel and for your account is probably
ftp.rf.gd - The folder, username and password look fine as far as I can see.
Please try it again with the correct FTP address. If that doesn’t work, please don’t hesitate to post again here. However, if you could try to get a more specific error message than “There was an error” (“an error”? What error? What went wrong?), that would help a lot.
