FTP/File Manager Connection Issue

When attempting to FTP, I receive the following:
“Connection failed.
Home directory not available - aborting”

When attempting to use the File Manager, I receive this error:
“Error! Too many incorrect login attempts. Please try again in 5 minutes.”

File Manager Host: 185.27.134.11

There have been a few reported issues of this and we are investigating. It should be fixed soon, although no official ETA is known at this time.
