FTP has stopped working

all of a sudden filezilla cannot connect to the ftp.epizy.com for my site at lovebug.epizy.com although it has been working fine until now

oh yeah i have patience but i was just in the middle of updating my site when it died and now i have a half updated site with broken links :rofl:

I am also having the same problem. When I try to use FTP, I get the message:

“Your password is too short! please use a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20”

However, my password is 12 characters long and is the random characters generated by infinity, so that is not correct.

IF seems to be having a run of server issues lately :frowning: I hope everything is ok

Haha! The same thing happened to me! I figured it was my internet. Thankfully it was a new feature, so nothing got messed up.

Also got a strange message that I’ve too many incorrect logins (at the online file manager)…but there’s no change in login credentials from my side.
Damn it…I’m stuck with a broken website :laughing:

ftpupload.net is working for me right now. Perhaps follow this?

ive always had to use ftp.epiy.com because ftpupload.net has never worked for me

i opened cpanel and what not and tried to reconnect filezilla but still the same issue

ok well stupid malwarebytes premium got in the way as usual because they think that ftpupload.net is a trojan site

so after whitelisting the site and tried again with filezilla and got exactly the same issue

both ftp.epizy.com and ftpupload.net seem to resolve to the same ip address, is this correct ?

btw I just posted on malwarebytes site requesting that they remove the block so it should be gone on the next update
