ive always had to use ftp.epiy.com because ftpupload.net has never worked for me
i opened cpanel and what not and tried to reconnect filezilla but still the same issue
ok well stupid malwarebytes premium got in the way as usual because they think that ftpupload.net is a trojan site
so after whitelisting the site and tried again with filezilla and got exactly the same issue

both ftp.epizy.com and ftpupload.net seem to resolve to the same ip address, is this correct ?
btw I just posted on malwarebytes site requesting that they remove the block so it should be gone on the next update
Thanks!
Will the online file manager log you in ok?
its something i never use but i’ll try it now, one moment …
Must be an issue with you computer/network then. Did you try restarting the modem and your computer?
the thing is I can ping ftp.epizy.com and ftpupload.net and get replies but just the ftp wont connect ?

do you really think that rebooting the router etc will help ?
i’ll try it now one moment, sorry I try to avoid rebooting the router as im on a dynamic ip and this means that i also have to reboot my game servers, nginx webserver and the rest lol
one moment
right ive rebooted everything and noip is all synced again with my servers and stuff
but both the ftp servers still refuse to connect

i think i’ll leave this for now as its 01:06 and i really gotta sleep
thanks for the help
we had a spatial instance that caused some ftp accounts to loose access, all is good and restored .
Thanks, I do prefer the Tight access
I was only having problem to upload zip files above 7mb,
so the solution was to upload it extracted and was like 20mb… but it went well.
i realy dont see the point in Tight access
