[FTP] Host not found

I’m trying to connect without FTP, however, giving a “host not found”…

When I try to “ping” Host, it does not respond

Response:

The ping result shows that the host is found, but you can’t connect to the IP address. The IP address is correct and working fine from here.

Could you try to connect using other devices and/or networks as well? It’s possible your ISP may be blocking access to our FTP server.

No, there is one IP address which is the one and only FTP gateway for all accounts. Check with your ISP whether they are blocking it.
