I am new to this. I am trying to link Filezilla with my hosting account. It keeps throwing a 530 Login authentication error. I have looked this up and it says its probably due to login details being wrong. I have checked and checked again for the last hour or so, What is going wrong?
Any advice? Please help

Your account was not created correctly.
You can either wait for Admin to advise or you can try to create another hosting account to see this issue is also persistant in the new account

If you are planning to use the same domain, you first will have to delete the first one. It is not that easy because you will have to wait 60 days to make the domain again.
You don’t have to wait and it’s very easy.
Sure, you can go to the settings to deactivate your account, click through all the warning messages saying that your domains will be locked to the account and you can delete them beforehand, deactivate the account and wait for the account to be deleted.
Or you can read the warnings, login to the control panel, delete the domains from there and use them on your new account instantly.
