Ftp login error!

My website URL is:
http://ppchatbox.rf.gd

What I’m seeing is:
When i login to the ftp account of my website it always says login error.

I’m using this software:
anwriter is used by me to connect to ftp.

Additional information:
I checked and tried everything as mentioned in https://infinityfree.net/support/i-cannot-connect-to-ftp/

make sure u copy paste the ftp creditals from infinityfree.net site not cpanel

I just checked your file manager, which opened just fine. Since the file manager uses FTP too, that means your hosting account, it’s credentials and the FTP server are all working as intended.

You say you use this “anwriter” app and it gives you this FTP error? Could you try a different FTP client as well and see if you get the same issue there?

I just tried a ftp client and it just worked fine. There may be some bug in anwriter.

I use anWriter app aswell and its works fine
