FTP Login Issue

FTP Login issue
Error 0x8007274d
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

It doesn’t matter which FTP Client I’m using, Freezilla, Smart FTP, Cute FTP or Core FTP, I cannot login to the FTP for the life of me. I’ve turned my firewall off to login thinking that’s the issue. I’ve carefully re-entered my login details. Still nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

PS - I’ve looked in the forum before posting, despite similar topics, I couldn;t see much regarding my issue.

Hello there,

First, try reading this Knowledge Base article if you haven’t already:

That article should list you the many possibilities of why you cannot login to the FTP like sometimes ISP blocks FTP connection.
