I am a new user of Infinity Free, and finding my way.
Using Filezilla, I cannot connect to the FTP server in order to upload my files. I took the login details for my account from the Control Panel. But having tried repeatedly, every time I get the error message “Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity. Could not connect to server”.
What am I doing wrong?

I tried to set the FTP debug status to 2-Info, as recommended, but every time it reverts to 1-Warning. All I get by way of a log is this:

Maybe your connection is blocking traffic to the ftpupload.net server. Can you try to connect to 185.27.134.11 instead and see if it works?
