FTP not working

Error: Error! FTP authentication failed.

I am trying to login to filemanager.ai and I fill in the correct credentials but it still does not work. I have already tried changing my password.

Make sure you are using the FTP credentials in the client area. Your main account password is different from the FTP one.

Those should work correctly; can you share the full error logs in FileZilla?

I already mentioned I am using filemanager.ai and not Filezilla. The only thing I get is the following:

Can you please try using the FileZilla client as it will give us more detailed logs and is less prone to having random errors?

That seams like some sort of server error. Hopefully Admin will be able to tell you more.
