I am able to login to the cPanel, where I see that both the cPanel and ftp are using same password. But when I used the password there for ftp, it is not connecting. Is there a way to reset ftp password?
I have read all the info on the forum, but none of them addressed this problem. Who give ftp password? How can I reset it? What is my ftp password ?
