ftp problem

i cant login in to ftp i use filezilla i get this error
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

my username is rfgd_19944768

site is DPFiles.rf.gd

i’m having same problem too i got 6 accounts for different sites and none of my ftp will log in on any of them. I contacted infinity but they wont help because its a free service.
Any ideas ?

Have you:

  1. Resetted your password.
  2. Logged in to the control panel.

And do you still experience the issue afterwards?
