I need to work on my website. The FTP service is down for last 2 days. When will it be fixed ?

Actually FTP should be working for most/all by now. Its web access thats not available for everyone yet.
FTP has been working since yesterday already. If it’s still not working for you, can you please create a new topic, select the Support Forums category and fill in the topic template so there is enough information to help you.
