I am trying to use my own domain and am getting the error message
“Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours. You can also create an account with a subdomain first.”
I have created the 2 nameservers but it is still not working.
Have you waited 72 hours for DNS propagation yet?
No I haven’t. Sorry it said a few hours so I thought maybe 2 or 3 hours.
If you want us to check it, can you please share the domain name to check?
Try after clear cache!
Clearing your cache will not change anything on the server side.
This is what I see…
You need to make your domain point to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com and remove all other nameserver entries
Thats what I did but I will double check or try again.
