Unlikely.
Free hosting is meant for building websites, not other purposes…

What sort of integration are you looking for? What would that integration do?

An integration that would sync the files between GitHub/GitLab and that would allow collaborative editing.

Premium hosting comes with Git integration that lets you automatically update your website from any Git hosting service of your choice, including GitLab and GitHub. But free hosting doesn’t have that.
But as a workaround, you can use GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to push the files instead. A quick Google search tells me that this GitHub Action exists that can automatically push files to an FTP sever of your choice. You can probably also use this to automatically deploy your website to our hosting.
