Google domain

Hi, I have set up custom nameservers for my google domain but I still can’t create an account after 2 days

ERROR MESSAGE:
Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours. You can also create an account with a subdomain first.

Since you did not fill up according to the template, I can only suggest that you do this

What is the domain?

The domain is zonatalento0.it, I already did all the steps in that guide

This domain is unlikely to be supported here

Can you send a screenshot? Because your nameservers are still not correct

I think he has to wait because his domain is in pending update status
and that he cannot change NS

if it has that status for days
and you recently (29.8. the day after the domain was purchased )
changed some contact information and the like
check whether you have confirmed this in an email that came to you at the specified e-mail address.

Thank you so much, I’ll take a look into that

Here’s the picture you asked for

I think you need to do something about my ex post.

You may have changed the NS, but it probably has no effect !

And what’s more suspicious to me is that it list DNSSEC ON (although I don’t see any DS records)
without having set up to use this hosting and other things

You should only do that at the end when everything is working properly

Could that have something to do with the default registrar?

I don’t know what you were doing…

The first thing is when you buy a domain (in your case ccTLD)
is to provide true information about yourself as well as a contact email address.
That was on August 28.

After that it is visible that you edited something the next day
I assume contact information or something else,
because it says that the data was updated on August 29.

So if you have changed your contact email, then you need to confirm that information
(check that new mail address or whatever),or you entered some false information, so maybe it was stopped.

I know that Google has DNSSEC automatically
but only if you use their default nameservers

and as far as I can see, that’s what happened in your case
because you don’t have a custom NS, but the default ones from google

and if you use custom NS then you do DNSSEC yourself

If you have clearly set custom NS on google
and they have not been propagated for 4 days, then contact them.

you know best what you did and you have the most information

or if you are willing to tell us in detail all the steps you did
with pictures in English language which also have visible buttons

in any case, this is not a topic for this hosting and forum
but you have to contact the one from whom you bought the domain and so on.

Key-System GmbH ?
Google?

  1. first you have to find out why it has the status “pending update”
  2. when you solve that, then deal with custom NS as well as DNSSEC

Thank you so much for the informations, so basically what I updated on August 29 was the NS but I still don’t know why it’s in pending update. I will try to get in contact with Google since the NS are changed and DNSSEC is off in the dashboard.

it’s possible
it could be that they will tell you what KangJL mentioned at the beginning and that’s why you have that status.

Here are some links that will help you to see the current state of your domain
(so when you change something in the future, just click on these links)

Of course, some changes are not instant and some time must pass - so take that into account.

Good luck
