Google Maps Console Billing not getting activated

Just a small help needed.
So, I need to activate my billing account of MAPS platform, my cloud console is already activated.
I found out that a separate account is needed for using Maps APIs.
I am stuck at Payment form, non of my visa or MasterCards are accepted, I tried to add them in my Google pay but still there’s a error - “There was an issue processing your payment settings. This may be temporary or could indicate a problem with your billing account.”
The same card which I used to activate my cloud console billing is not accepted to activate my Maps platform !

Any solution ?

Maybe contact the company who gave you the credit card? I have had problems with payments from (foreign) companies getting blocked for no apparent reason. A quick call to let them know the payment is OK and they should approve it resolved it.
