Grav update requires newer PHP

I went onto Softaculous this evening to download a new script and saw that Grav needed to be updated, I decided to do so.

It updated successfully but when I try to access my site it tells me

You are running PHP 7.0.19, but Grav needs at least PHP 7.1.3 to run.

How can I upgrade my PHP?

So sorry, the max version of php in InfinityFree is 7.0. But it will update soon…
