What I’m seeing is:

I am using a wordpress plugin called isell digital downloads. When I test a purchase using paypal or when someone tries to purchase orders are not being recorded and the download link is not being sent.

I’m not familiar with the plugin you’re referring to, so I’m not sure what the issue could be. Do you have any more information about the issue, like any error messages from the plugin?
