Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Well, I have done all of these solutions and even changed my DNS in hopes of fixing the website- I changed the DNS back to normal. I enabled and then disabled cloudflare. I have done everything and the website is due tomorrow!! I sent an email earlier but with no reponse, please help!!!

As about a gazillion duplicate threads show this is happening to a lot of people there is likely an issue with infinity frees servers right now.
