When I entered the site, the word “suspended” appeared. It said it will be fixed in 20 hours. It’s been 3 days and still the same.
I think your site related to movie download site!!(just assuming by your domain name)
So that may be coz of violating TOS!
If not that may be cause of below issue!

If you check your Deactivated History, you’ll see it was deactivated on November 30, and once again on December 1.
So it’s not “still” suspended, it’s suspended again.
