I recently initiated this account to support a friend who does a few real estate projects. They currently have in GoDaddy, whose default contents I have tried to first source control in Azure DevOps and then publish here.

I am looking to create a folder and have one of the following applications configured there:

  1. Helpdeskz
  2. Hesk

Will these be supported in the current configuration, or should ifastnet might have share a different opinion on the same? In my previous experience with these two applications, I feel Hesk is quite straight forward to setup than Helpdesk. I would like to take review from these forum members.

IMAP is blocked. You can give it a try by using 3rd party email system like gmail, yandex, zoho etc
