whats going with softaculous today
every time i automatically logged out from cpanel when i trying to install wordpress
You tell me!
- When are you logged out? Immediately when clicking the Softaculous button or only after specific actions from Softaculous?
- Do you see anything special on the login page, like an error message?
- Were you able to login / stay logged in successfully before?
softaculous also not loading properly and when i reload the page its logged out every time when i reload the page .
yes it says ip has changed please login again
first time i am facing this type of problem
and when i trying install wordpress. sriptinstall.rocks:2082says connection was lost

before i was using a 4g wifi device
now i am using a 4g phone
is says ip has mismatched on both device and phone

Are you using VPN? if yes, then disable it and then login to vPanel
i am not using vpn bro…
i am facing 1st time this type of problem since i am using infinity
i can login to my cpanel
but cant install wordpress through softacolous
it stopped after 2%

Where did you signed up with IF? On your Laptop? Phone?

Maybe you are on Dynamic IP Address and your ISP is resetting it in a short amount of time…
Try follwing what is said in this article: Docs - InfinityFree Forum and/or try using a reliable VPN to login.
The VPN that comes with Opera might be a good free solution.
today i have manually upload all wordpress file and create mysql database. this time also its not working !!https
Do not use localhost!
Your SQL server is written at the MySQL Databases section of your panel, go there and use this instead of localhost.
localhost is mostly used by premium hosting as database hostname but on free hosting your database host is mentioned in the sidebar of your vPanel as said by @ChrisPAR
and what about table prefix?? Its remain same as wp_?
still having the same problem table prefix must not be empty

Whatever you want it to be! Check your database in phpMyAdmin to see which prefix is used.
