myscript needs php version 7.3 but i can not chose that is there anyway to get that or do need to find a new hosting again? cause i see only 7.4 and my script want pass if it is not in 7.0 to 7.3 at
is there anything that can be done the script writes as follows:

PHP version PHP Version should be higher than 7.0 and lower than 7.3 .Installed version is 7.4.8

PHP 7.3 Not available in free hosting.

As @Blackzzone said, you cannot get that version here. If you really need to use that software, please upgrade to premium hosting.
