If I theoretically had a local server where I want to host my website, would I be able to host my website in my provided domain using my server?

Just access the DNS Settings of your domain and create an “A” record that points to your IP address.
If your Internet service provider doesn’t provide static IP addresses, you can use a dynamic DNS service. just search Google for “free dynamic dns providers”.
