How long does it take to activate my user and website that is suspended and another thing in my account I have 2 hosting users, one suspended and the other appeared a forum that never installed, the user was created recently and the one that is suspended if a forum was created delete and I have created another forum another vercion that I do not understand

I don’t know, what does the client area say about the suspension? That should tell you when or if it will be reactivated.
