This worked for me - credentials from infinityFree and aforementioned link made it possible to acess file manager

Problems like these are the reason we don’t recommend online FTP’s.
We recommend using an FTP client like Filezilla instead

My problem goes beyond what you guys are talking about. I need to be able to access the files to get links to them to insert o n my web site. I cant do that from filezille or any other ftp program.

probably the domain is expired and someone got its ownership or someone got into their controlling.
