How do I delete folders in my base folder?

I do not have permissions to delete folders in the root of my directory.

Other Information

When I create subdomains and delete them the folders are not removed.

Yes, you cannot delete folders that are in the root directory. Though you can rename them.

As @YT_Xaos said, sub-domain folders cannot be deleted for security reasons. I recommend just remaining them to something like “non-existent” or “deleted”. Get creative with this!
