Nobody can tell you that. It completely depends on how your application works and what your users are doing with it.

Really, the only way you can know these things is to deploy it, throw users at it and see what the resource graphs do. Only then can you make an estimation as to what the capacity would be for your site and your users.

Of course, this is still free hosting, and the overall limits are not that high. So it’s not going to be able to handle tens of thousands of concurrent users. But the exact numbers are impossible to predict.
