I try to place them but it won’t let me, the button freezes or I don’t know what the error is
The first box is going to have a lot more content than that. Make sure you are coping the content directly from the client area.

This is a known issue. We see a post once a month or so about it.
We don’t know exactly what’s causing the issue or we would have fixed it already, but we do know it’s affected by the choice of browser, the plugins and/or browser settings.
Can you please try a different browser? Possibly on a different device? I’m quite certain it will work there.
