How to configure server to upload my own website

Maybe this question is already answered but i could not find a proper answer. Actually i am a student and started to use infinityfree just a couple of days ago. And everytime i am trying to upload a website template its showing me the error message as > The following item exceeds the maximum upload size allowed(10.0 MB) by your server configuration.
So whats the solution to this? Do i need to upgrade my account or is there still any way to upload my template for free?

Please note i am using the file manager to upload the zip file of the template

hi
you can unzip files on your PC
and then upload part by part in the appropriate folders
retaining the existing folder structure

thank you

hello @OxyDac i tried uploading the files and folders separately but after uploading two folders its always saying> Authentication failed and the file/folder wasn’t uploaded could you help me with the solution or the possible reason?

is this you do over monstaftp? https://mftp.infinityfree.net/
probably the problem is inactivity or you have a browser plugin
chrome browser saves bandwidth with some plugin and it creates problems

if some files disappear this can also mean that they are with prohibited extensions

btw. upload all files to HTDOCS folder

Yes i am using monstaftp. but i am using firefox. let me try it with chrome then lets see and thank you for the link

ftp server protects resources and if you are too long inactive
the server terminates the connection
also if you’ve deleted cookies or have some plugins that are interfering
with cookies you will lose “auth”

please be sure that all uploads go to htdocs folder

thanks for that information and i am trying to setup the ftp server connection now but when i am trying to connect it says the EAI_NONAME.

I am doing the following things to setup:
Host:- ftp.concepal.com(as mentioned in the link)
Port- (blank)
User and Password- (I created them)

Can you tell me where i made the mistake?

go to the client area and all the information you need will be there
host is wrong , etc.

https://app.infinityfree.net/accounts/
manage acc
scroll down and look on FTP section

I just now replaced the host name with concepal.com and now it says “ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”

please do everything as I mentioned in my last post

do you mean i need to change the host name, user name and password as mentioned in the ftp section of my infinityfree account?

you do not have to do anything if you use a mostaftp
you just need to log in to the client area and click there
manage acc
and then a button “go to file manager”

all ftp data is if you are using an external FTP client

as i was not able to upload using mostaftp henceforth i tried using filezilla ftp client. and i gave all the infos the connection was established but suddenly it shows:

Status: TLS connection established.

Response: 331 User epiz_22603344 OK. Password required
Command: PASS ***************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
