The problem is that the number of files is limited due to the limit of Inodes.
How can I create a cloud with unlimited storage and number of files?

This hosting is about to create regular websites, not a cloud to host files on it.

If you want to create a cloud service, on free hosting it’s not possible to do that. Please consider using your own servers for that.

You could use ownCloud or Nextcloud, always on your own servers and not ours because our servers are suited for only websites, to create a cloud file hosting.

The only way I can think of to create “unlimited” storage is to use Object Storage, like Amazon S3, to upload the files to. Those systems are optimized for storing lots of files of any size, and can scale to almost unlimited levels.
However, those systems are not free. And due to the fact that the file transfers still go through our servers, don’t free you from the rule that we don’t allow file hosting sites on our service.
