how to edit php.ini cause it is showing maxfilesize upload error

There is no way to either edit php.ini or increase upload size on free shared hosting. If you want a bigger upload size please consider running a server on your computer or buy a dedicated server or a VPS, where SSH access is a must for them, and if it has Linux install Vesta Control Panel with the commands on here.

Please note that what @Ergastolator1 says is not entirely true. Yes, on any server, the php.ini file can only be changed by the server administrators, so unless you have your very own server, you cannot make changes to it.

That said, on many premium hosting services (including iFastNet’s premium hosting), you can change many of these settings for your account, or even individual websites.

However, editing limits like that is a premium only feature. Increasing the upload limit on free hosting is not possible. If the default 10 MB limit is not high enough, you will need to upgrade your account.
