As a rule of thumb: never mix different sets of nameservers. You can use our nameservers or you can use Cloudflare’s nameservers, but you should never use both at the same time. It just leads to weird and inconsistent issues.

As for the error itself, it’s probably a communication issue from your website to Google Analytics, so entirely unrelated to your own domain’s nameserver.

How long have you had this issue? It could be a temporary problem.
