I have a subdomain of epizy.com
I want free ssl so I generated private key from ssl section in cpanel
But I don’t know how to get it signed and obtain the certificate
Plz help!!

You can’t get signed SSL certificates on subdomains if you are on free hosting.

The only way to do that is to get a free domain from freenom.com and create an account for that domain on infinityfree. After that manually setup your domain on cloudflare.com after it becomes active, find your sites IP address at sitereport.netcraft.com once you have your IP address, manage your dns records at the end tab of your cloudflare dashboard. Start an A Record. The name of your subdomain is the record name, and it points to your website IP address.
You’ll need to find an SSL certificate provider who is willing to give you an SSL certificate for your subdomain. We can only give you certificates for custom domains, not for subdomains.
