How to hide "/index.php" in homepage URL?

What I’m seeing is: http://ack.fanclub.rocks/index.php

Additional information: When you first visit the URL, it looks fine. But when you click the “Translate” button it adds “/index.php” to the URL.

Thanks, that will probably work. Unfortunately I’m getting this error now that I deleted the index.php and uploaded the new one:

“Connection failed: No such file or directory”

You could only edit it with monstaFTP
Please check your database configuration, database hostname, etc.

Thanks, you are right I should have edited in Monsta. The problem was I forgot to change the database credentials after I had changed them for testing on XAMPP on my pc.
