How to increase file size in cpanel

I have just noticed that in cpanel, the maximum size is less than 1MB. If the file is larger than this, then we have to do the work on our local computer. Is there a way to increase the file size or must we ask the webhost?

The maximum file size for Infinity Free is 10mb, not one.
