Hi,
Intermediate and Root Certificates can NOT be installed on InfinityFree.
You may try to use Cloudflare so that you will have a complete cert chain.

You don’t need a CA chain to install an SSL certificate, most browsers will work just fine without it. The ability to upload CA chains is a premium only feature at this moment.
